Alive – A Little Vegan Boutique is an exclusive vegan and ethical clothing and accessories store.

This business needed the help of our team of experts to convert their considerable number of digital ‘window shoppers’ into paying customers.

For the first task, we analysed their user journeys and identified a number of ways to smooth the path, from using a more appropriate font to simplifying the payment page.
